Just Think About This:

 

Almost everything you do is programmed into your subconscious mind, and most of it happens without you even being aware of it.

 

Hypnosis helps you make subconscious changes you want.

 

Think about it: Every single movement you make is controlled by your unconscious mind, often without you having to decide to do anything.  Even as you read this page, you are moving -- at least slightly -- eyes moving back and forth, breathing, blinking, even imagining what I might say next and that thought and movement are controlled by the subconscious mind.

 

As your letting all that sink in consciously, consider that there are also other things in your life that are subconsciously continuing on autopilot.
